The new year is almost here and I'm already thinking of
this weight loss journey that I'm on. I started walking
6 months ago and since the weather has gotten
colder, I haven't been walking. I have been doing
some exercise DVD's but it's just not keeping my
attention. SOOOO today I called the hospital
that is on my way to and from work to see about
using there workout equipment. There isn't
a gym close to me so this is my only other option.
They have different evening hours throughout
the week and even Saturday morning hours. I
think I can surely find time in the evening
to go and try it out. I'm going to commit to
doing this for a month. If I don't like it or it
isn't working into my schedule, I will try
something else but I want to give this a try.
I really want to get healthy! Don't we all..
Since I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis I
really need to get myself in a place where
I am healthy. Maybe even get off my
medicine! That is my ultimate goal!! I know
healthy eating is a must. I need to cut
out processed food. I need to eat things that
grow from the ground, not food that is made
in a factory.. I really like fruits and vegetables
but it's easier to open up a package and start
eating than washing & cutting up fresh food.
This is another part of me investing in
myself.
I hope you all will invest in yourself not just
when a new year is upon us but everyday! :)!
